Site License provides costs and purchasing procedures.
Q: How do I get the software installed on my computer?
After placing an order, you may check out the media from Computing & Communications for 2 business days. Call the Help Desk at extension 2-3555 (827-3555 off campus) or come by the Computing & Communications office located at the top of Lot 9.
Q: How do I get the software manuals?
In most cases, documentation is provided electronically with the installation CD. Paper copies of most manuals can be downloaded or purchased from the vendor.
Q: How do I get support for the software?
Instructional Technology Group offers support for site licensed software on a limited basis. In most cases we are able to work with vendors to provide additional technical support as needed. E-mail the Help Desk for more information, or call extension 2-3555 or 827-3555.
