UCR participates in two volume licensing agreements with Microsoft through the University of California and our software reseller SHI: the Select Agreement and the Microsoft Consolidated Campus Agreement.
Microsoft Select Agreement
The Microsoft Select Agreement allows departments to purchase single, permanent licenses for Microsoft products at a substantial discount. A price list and other documentation may be viewed here. Use this link to purchase individual licenses.
Microsoft Consolidated Campus Agreement
Departments must be enrolled in this program to take advantage. The Campus Agreement program is an annual subscription licensing program that provides license coverage for an entire organization (department, school or college). The annual cost of the program is based on the number of FTE in the participating organization and the products ordered. Organizations may join the Campus Agreement program on a semi-annual, open-enrollment schedule.

Work-at-Home Licenses and Media
Faculty and staff are eligible to purchase licenses and media for a limited number of Microsoft products for use at home.
Licenses and media can be purchased through e-Academy at this link. You will be required to register and show proof of employment.
