UCR participates in two volume licensing agreements with Microsoft through the University of California and our software reseller SHI: the Select Agreement and the Microsoft Consolidated Campus Agreement.
Microsoft Select Agreement
The Microsoft Select Agreement allows departments to purchase single, perpetual licenses for Microsoft products at a substantial discount.

Departments must be enrolled in this program to take advantage. The Campus Agreement program is an annual subscription licensing program that provides license coverage for an entire organization (department, school or college). The annual cost of the program is based on the number of FTE in the participating organization and the products ordered. Organizations may join the Campus Agreement program on a semi-annual, open-enrollment schedule.
